Sorry your having trouble with the technology behind ShootSmarterTV, rest assured it's an easy fix. We've poured all the best of the new online video systems into this site which makes it pretty smooth - but it does require a browser that is "up to the challenge".
To watch the video clips on this site, you will need an up-to-date browser and the latest version of the Quicktime plug-in placed inside the browser. Here's what you can do...

ONE: Be sure you are using any of these broswers:

FIREFOX for PC running Windows XP or Vista, or for any Macintosh (our first choice BTW).
INTERNER EXPLORER 7 for PC's running Windows XP or Vista.
SAFARI for Macintosh
AOL EXPLORER 1.5 for PC's running Windows XP or Vista.

TWO: No matter what browser you use, you will need to have Quicktime 7.3.1 or higher installed on your computer. Download the latest version here. No need to pay for the "Quicktime Pro" version - the freebie version is all you need.

Or better yet, we suggest downloading Apples' free iTunes application - even if you don't want to use it for playing music, it has a well designed "auto-updater" for Quicktime built into it. Works terrific on Macs and PCs of all flavors and is the easy way to playing our videos. Download iTunes from Apple here and run the installer - you'll be set in less that 4 minutes. Thanks!
